This is what I have found over the internet:"If you find you cannot get a flight to North Cyprus and you are a citizen of an EU country you can always fly to Larnaca Airport on the South – or even Paphos Airport. You are then free to travel over the Green Line and enter North Cyprus." So,as an Eu citizen,if I don;t want to make that stopover in Turkey I can get a plane to Larnaca,in South,and then get a taxi and go to the Northen Cyprus .And I don;t need a visa.. buut do I still need a passport?

My son and a friend are flying to Paphos but staying in Ayia Napa! Transfers cost over 250.00 pnds in taxi! What is the transport like there? They arrive 1.30pm. Need to know before we consider cancelling flight and changing to flying to Larnaca!!!! Many thanks./

I had booked an XL airways flight to Larnaca but because they’ve gone bust we now need to fly into Paphos. We need to get from Paphos airport to Ayia Napa on Sunday evening around 6 pm. Have checked buses and there aren’t any, taxi will be £80!! Do you know a cheaper alternative?
