I am flying from gatwick london to paphos cyprus and want to know what I am allowed to take on board liquids how much and what else is permitted

I have just booked 2 flights from Birmingham UK to Paphos, Cyprus, and after printing out my electronic confirmation, I realised that I had not stated my middle name!!
Will this matter??
I’m worried sick about it because my middle name is on my passport but NOT on my flight information.
Please can anyone reassure me?

I’m going to England for a day or two in November to spend some time with a friend. We are leaving from there and going to Paphos, Cyprus for 4 days, and then back to England for a few days. Accommodations and flights are already handled, I just need to pay for food, souvenirs, attractions, etc. I wanna have a good time, but I don’t have a lot of money. And should I exchange my currency here in the US, or wait until I reach my destination because I will need both pounds and Euros. Also, what should I pack? Any help is appreciated.

I know I am very immature but I don’t like the food they do at the airport or on the plane so this year I was thinking about taking some homemade sandwiches (just cheese or something). Would I be allowed to? My flight is from Manchester (UK) to Paphos(Cyprus)
Oh and also do we get Tvs or anything on the flight as it’s a 4 hour flight which isn’t too long but i was just wondering?
